It was such a great show and I want that connection for him. Also, DH collect baseball cards (yes, 34 and he still does)and he started collecting players from various Chinese teams and/or players from US teams who are Chinese. He has gotten some pretty neat Yao Ming cards also. Just a couple of ways we integrate that connection for our son!Jess Danielsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04506456004803057646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1812829745872292085.post-92108326537121802802010-06-28T19:41:40.095-07:002010-06-28T19:41:40.095-07:00We have the Moonbeams book, and we l-o-v-e it!!!
...We have the Moonbeams book, and we l-o-v-e it!!!

That DVD looks interesting...I bet my girls would enjoy it!

We too have Chinese art, pictures, posters, books, drawings, etc through out our home.

Lately, Avery has been saying 'that like my China' when we are reading books or looking at pictures that are Chinese. She gets really excited to be able to make that connection.

Right now, we do the Chinese Word of the Day that I have on my blog....It's my very lame attempt to show my girls that I value their first language. I am hoping that someday they will be able to (and want to) take Chinese classes....Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13953264748445346381noreply@blogger.com
