I find myself, also, trying to prepa...So well said!<br />I find myself, also, trying to prepare for the PERSON - screaming, crying, refusing to eat and sleep those first few days - because it's oh so easy to love a picture, but much more challenging, especially when sleep deprived ;) to love that little person who so desperately needs it. I'm doing the same ...Beautifully written post. I'm doing the same thing lately...and I didn't even realize it...my focus has shifted from the child that exists in China and will someday join our family to the paperwork and the process. I want to refocus on her. And I can't even begin to imagine that feeling of seeing her for the first time "in the flesh."
